Gonna be honest, I fundamentally disagree with my guest on this one.
Myers is making the "let the market sort it out" case. If Jorge outworks you, let him be an American. Sounds nice on paper. But it's a completely backwards read of what's actually happening.
A lot of these folks are here illegally. They're undercutting wages, reaping benefits they aren't paying into, and putting real burdens on our society and infrastructure while not paying into that either.
You can't call it a free market when taxpayers are subsidizing one side of it.
